At Talespin, I created and led the Learning Experience Design team.

We focused on VR-based training, authoring tools, skills mobility platform, and ML / Generative AI R&D.

This cross-functional team comprised of game and learning designers, data scientists, narrative designers, 3D artists, subject matter experts, and UI/UX researchers and designers, each contributing unique insights to redefine learning. Together, we undertook an unprecedented study of VR-based soft-skills training with PwC, technical skills training with partners like Farmers Insurance, and spearheaded AI-driven research and development to expedite and enrich content creation.

We collaboratively developed a conversational learning authoring platform, enabling user-centric content creation. Our team's diverse expertise and cooperative approach have been instrumental in delivering impactful, award-winning learning experiences that serve our Fortune 500 clientele.

Soft-skills Authoring Tool

We designed a node-based ‘no-code’ authoring tool so non-technical learning designers can author and publish modules.

Training & Customer Enablement Course

We used Notion and the ‘quality matters framework’ to author and publish an online learning resource to enable new clients to quickly onboard themselves with a set of videos and step-by-step instruction on topics ranging from developing requirements documents to voice-over editing, and writing compelling branching narrative.

We prototyped and released an AI assistant to generate requirements documents for authors that helped cut the authoring time by nearly 40%.
