The first half of my career was primarily focused on marketing. My early experiences at House of Blues Concerts, Hot Topic, Electronic Arts and others helped drive my later success in healthcare, simulation and training, education.

During the 2nd half of my career, these skills have been key to helping my projects succeed. Over the past 15 years, the technology industry has evolved to silo workers that highly specialize in a given area. This specialization has created highly sophisticated products, but often resulting in challenges at product launch because too few leaders are making a holistic assessment of the product or service.

Electronic Arts (EA):

  • Spearheaded marketing strategy for EA's mobile social games, achieving over 4 million monthly active users.

  • Led multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, in-game promotions)

  • Developed marketing calendars and customer support plans, and collaborated with Google, Facebook, and Apple for co-launch programs.

RelayCars:

  • Drove PR and marketing for direct-to-consumer and B2B products, resulting in over 1 million consumer users and two automotive OEMs as clients.

  • Led App Store optimization, social media, email marketing, and analytics, and developed PR strategy.

Hot Topic:

  • As Internet Marketing Manager, increased online sales by 300% through segmented campaigns, analytics, social media marketing, and inventory integration.

  • Launched and optimized affiliate marketing programs (12:1 ROI) and improved email marketing, generating over $2 million in additional revenue within six months.

I have ten years' of marketing experience prior to these listed (primarily in the music industry). I have also offered marketing strategy consulting services at various times.
